We wanted to create the ultimate resource for anyone to refer to in order to start running, get back to running, and stay running. With this product, you will get access to a progressive 6-week program to safely build you up from walking to running. You will learn the assessments we use in the clinic to measure readiness to run. You will perform lower body & core exercises to build the pre-requisite strength to efficiently run. You will also perform plyometric exercises to prepare your body for the demands of running. You'll learn running warm-up and cool-down videos to improve your recovery. Most importantly, you'll receive education to teach you the best practices when it comes to running hygiene and answer common running-related questions.
